摘要
目的探讨磁共振波谱颅脑质子检测扫描脉冲序列PRESS和STEAM的优缺点。方法通过理论计算,再通过实验改变扫描参数得出扫描最佳方案。结果 STEAM的扫描时间较长,信噪比较低,但它能观察到极短T2的信号,能采集到较多的谱峰。而PRESS要观察极短T2的信号较难,但对于较长T2的物质来说,在相同的采集参数条件下,其信噪比却要高1倍。结论 PRESS比STEAM要实用,它的扫描时间约节省一半,但STEAM能观察到更多的代谢产物。
Objective To discuss the merit and demerit of scan pulse sequence PRESS and STEAM of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy in Proton Brain Exam.Methods To obtain optimal protocol by calculating and by experiment with different scan parameter.Results Scan time of STEAM is longer than Scan time of PRESS,its signal to noise is bad,but it can be observed more spectrum peaks and extremely short T2's material.AT the same scan parameter,the scan time of Proton Brain Exam's Point Resolved Spectroscopy is half of that of Stimulated Echo Acquisition Mode.Conclusion The Proton Brain Exam's Point Resolved Spectroscopy is more utility than the Stimulated Echo Acquisition Mode,the STEAM scan time is twice of the PRESS scan time,but STEAM method can observe more metabolites.The STEAM can acquire more spectra,and the PRESS can save the scan time.Use PRESS with long TE and use STEAM with short TE.
