药用薄膜包衣材料的研究新进展

Development of film-coating materials for pharmaceutical product

薄膜包衣是目前制药工业应用广泛的核心工艺之一,具有稳定性好、包衣时间短、增重少以及抗湿性好等优点,包括了胃溶型、肠溶型和缓控释型等类型。本文重点综述了三种类型薄膜包衣材料的研究进展,为药用薄膜包衣的研究提供文献支持。

Film-coating materials for pharmaceutical product is one of the core technology in pharmaceutical industry with the advantages of better stability, coating of shorter time, less increase weight and better resistance of wet, including the stomach dissolve type, intestines dissolving type, and slow release and controlled-release type, etc.. This paper reviewed the three types of thin film coating materials, the application and progress in pharmaceutical product.
