摘要
微囊藻毒素(microcystins,MCs)是蓝藻产生的主要毒素,中毒人群或动物会表现出神经毒害症状,目前越来越多的研究关注其神经毒害及毒理。MCs可能由有机阴离子转运肽(OATP)转运并穿过血脑屏障,在动物脑组织中分布与蓄积。MCs会严重影响神经发育,损害动物的神经系统功能。MCs可能通过影响脑组织中的解毒与抗氧化系统,诱发其对动物神经系统发育与功能的伤害。在分析与讨论MCs神经毒理研究目前所面临的问题基础上,提出了相应研究策略的建议。
Microcystins(MCs) are considered to be the most common toxin produced by cyanobacteria,and MCs exposure induces the formation of neurotoxicitive symptoms in human and animals.So far,more and more studies have focused on MCs neurotoxicology.MCs may be transported by members of organic anion transporting polypeptide(OATP) through blood-brain barrier to distribute and accumulate in brain cells of animals.MCs exposure can severely inhibit the neuronal development and disrupt the functions of nervous system in animals.MCs may result in the damage on the development and functions of nervous system through influencing the detoxification and antioxidant responses in animals.The questions which need to be solved for MCs neurotoxicological studies are analyzed and discussed.Moreover,suggestions for future studies on MCs neurotoxicology are provided.
