腹腔镜监视下宫角妊娠宫腔镜下清宫术43例报告

43 cases of cornual pregnancy treated by hysteroscopic curettage under laparoscopic

目的总结腹腔镜监视下宫角妊娠宫腔镜下清宫术的治疗经验。方法 43例早期宫角妊娠患者,采用全身麻醉下腹腔镜监视下宫角妊娠宫腔镜下清宫术。结果 43例均手术成功,2例在术中出现穿孔。手术时间一般为10～30 min,出血量一般为10～40 mL,术后45 d左右月经恢复正常。结论腹腔镜结合宫腔镜能提高宫角妊娠的诊断率,腹腔镜监视下宫角妊娠宫腔镜下清宫术成功率高,手术创伤小,预后较佳。

【Objective】To summarize the experience on patients with cornual pregnancy treated by hysteroscop-ic curettage under the supervision of laparoscopic.【Method】Forty-three cases patients with early cornual preg-nancy,By hysteroscopic curettage under the supervision of laparoscopy under general anesthesia.【Result】All pa-tients operation were successful,two cases encountered intraoperative perforation.The operation time were 10 ～30 minutes,and the bleeding were 10 ～ 40 mL.About 45 days after return to normal menstruation.【Conclusion】La-paroscopy and hysteroscopy can improve the diagnostic and treated success rate of cornual pregnancy,with smaller surgical trauma,and better prognosis.
