以某乙烯扩建项目为案例,通过收集、分析、整理项目决策和建设过程中以及项目投产一年后实际发生的各类数据、资料等信息,加以分析研究和归纳总结,确定项目预期的目标是否达到,项目的规划是否合理有效,项目的主要效益指标是否实现。通过分析评价,找出成功和失误的原因,为未来其他项目投资决策提供借鉴。
