摘要
针对目前电力图像监控系统存在的主要技术问题,如编码设备不统一,通信带宽有限,尚未与动力环境数据实现联动等,提出了一系列的技术解决方案:采用级联技术在结构上实现了真正意义上的三级架构;应用IEC60870-5-104国际标准规约,实现了图像监控与动力环境的集成;采用中间件技术实现不同视频编码设备的监控中心接入;通过流媒体转发技术解决多用户并发访问可能导致的带宽拥堵问题;通过实现自动巡检管理功能大大提高了值班人员的巡检效率。该平台的研究和设计也为其他领域图像监控系统的集成、整合和完善提供了很好的思路。
In view of the major technique problems existed in the present electric power image monitoring,for example, the encoding equipment is not unified, communication bandwidth is limited, the linkage with dynamic environmental data can not be realized and so on, a series of technology solutions are proposed: using the cascade technology to realize three-layer architecture in the real sense;the intergration of video surveillance and dynamic environmental monitoring is implemented by international standard IEC 60870-5-104;different video coding devices accessing monitoring center is realized by middleware technology;bandwidth congestion issues which may be caused by multi-user concurrent access is solved through streaming media transmitted technique; automatic patrol management function is designed, which improves the inspecting efficiency of operator greatly. The research and design of this platform software also provides some good thoughts for the system's integration, unification and perfection of power image monitoring in other fields.
