摘要 二十一世纪环境保护与优先发展清洁能源是世界各国面临的重大任务,而对于人口众多人均资源占有量相对较少的中国来说,清洁能源的节约与综合利用更是环境保护和可持续发展的必要条件。我国水力资源丰富,作为清洁能源的水电产业必将迎来规模化发展。本文以中国水电产业的未来发展模态为研究目的,从资源、市场、人才与技术、资本和市场机制等四个方面综合分析了我国水电产业的优势。并对我国现阶段发展水电产业的相关要素进行了系统评价和展望:推演出本世纪前叶我国水电产业需经过三大发展阶段--合理规划利用、重点开发集约经营、步入国际水电市场的发展进程。这三个发展阶段承前启后,相辅相成,将对中国水电产业(行业)的发展以及水电工程技术的发展产生深远影响。 environmental protection and priority development of clean energy are major tasks faced by many cities of the world in the twenty-first century, but as for China with large population and relatively low per capita resources, clean energy saving and comprehensive utilization are necessary conditions for environmental protection and sustainable development. China has abundant water resources, hydropower industry must usher in large-scale development in the future as a clean energy. The paper takes future development mode of China's hydropower industry as research purposes, and comprehensively analyzes advantages of Chinese hydropower industry from four aspects of resources, market, talent and technology, capital and market mechanisms. The paper also systematically evaluates and expects related factors for developing hydropower industry in current stage of China: Chinese hydropower industry in the former stage of the century should pass through three major development stages-rational planning and use, focused development and intensive farming, and development course of entering international hydropower market. The three development stages break new ground for the future and complement each other, and will generate far-reaching impact on development of Chinese hydropower industry and the development of hydropower project technique.
