褪黑素和亚低温对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤的治疗作用 被引量:6

摘要 褪黑素对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)有保护作用,它很容易穿过血脑屏障,可减轻脑损伤后导致的氧化损伤,保护神经发育能力,褪黑素的催眠作用可能会导致亚低温状态。亚低温对HIBD的保护作用已经得到证实,但单一的亚低温对脑损伤的保护作用不完全,褪黑素可能会加强亚低温的保护作用。 Melatonln has neuroprotective effect on hypoxic-ischemlc brain damage(HIBD), which easily crosses the blood-brain barrier and plays neuroprotective role in reducing oxidative damage. Melatonin may be effective in preventing learing diabilities. It has been suggested that melatonin soporific effect is secondary to its ability to induce hypothermia. Neuroprotective effect of hypothmia has been proved. Howere, it is clear that hypothemia will not provide complete protection of HIBD and melatonin might augment protection of hypothemia in HIBD.
