Th17细胞是一类新型CD4+T细胞,它与Th1、Th2、调节性T细胞一起构成了CD4+T细胞的4个主要亚群。Th17细胞的分化过程需要IL-6和转化生长因子-β、转录因子孤独核受体γt及信号传导和转录激活子3等参与,这一分化过程在细胞和分子水平都受到精细的调节。Th17细胞分泌IL-17、IL-22、IL-6等多种细胞因子,在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病和移植排斥中发挥着重要作用。因此,Th17细胞及相关细胞因子可能为此类疾病的治疗提供新的靶点和途径。
T helper 17 cells (Th17), a new type of CD4+ T cells, constitute the main subsets of CD4+ T cells together with Thl , Th2 and Treg. Some factors, such as the combination of interleukin (IL) 6 and transforming growth factor β, orphan nuclear receptor-γt, signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 are involved in the differentiation of the ThlT. The differentiation process can be precisely regulated on eellular and molecular levels. It produces IL-17, 1L-22, and IL-6, and plays a significant role in autoilnmunity, infectious and transplant rejection. Therefore, Th17 and its related cytokines may provide promising targets and approaches for the treatment of diseases.
