浸灰酶ＮＵＥ是一种碱性水解蛋白酶，可用作脱毛／浸灰助剂；使用后可提高浸灰效率和成革质量、增加得革率。
Liming enzyme NUE is an alkaline protease, it can be used as unhairing/liming auxiliary. The liming efficiency, leather qualities and also area yield can be improved after applying NUE in leather processing. The mechanism of NUE works to loose the collagen fiber and the reason of grain looseness are talked.
