摘要
本文在制备出超高分子量聚乙烯冻胶原丝的基础上,以汽油为萃取剂对冻胶原丝中的煤油溶剂进行萃取和干燥,找出了失重率与放置时间、萃取率与萃取时间、干燥收缩率与萃取时间之间的定量关系,为合理地选择萃取和干燥条件、制备超高强聚乙烯纤维提供了依据.
An ultra high molecular weight polyethylene gel as-spun was prepared using kerosene as the solvent and gasoline as the extracting solvent in this paper. The process of extracting and drying of gel as-spun was investigated and the quantitative relationships between the weight loss rate of the gel as-spun and extracting time, the extracting rate and extracting time, and the shrinkage in drying and extracting time were found, which provided an important basis for choosing the optimum conditions of the extracting and drying to prepare high performance polyethylene fibers.
