摘要
目的:探讨消痈溃得康颗粒对胃溃疡活动期患者三叶因子、表皮生长因子表达的影响,反证"毒热"为胃溃疡活动期的主要病因。方法:选取胃溃疡活动期符合中医胃毒热证患者,采用随机对照双盲双模拟试验研究方法,分别给予消痈溃得康颗粒及溃疡胶囊治疗,6周后,采用免疫组化法测定三叶因子、表皮生长因子表达的变化进行统计分析。结果:试验组疗后与疗前,三叶因子及表皮生长因子表达P<0.01,具有统计学意义;对照组疗后与疗前比较,三叶因子及表皮生长因子P<0.05,具有统计学意义;两组疗后三叶因子及表皮生长因子比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:清热解毒、消痈生肌之消痈溃得康颗粒可以明显提高胃溃疡活动期患者组织学三叶因子及表皮生长因子水平,起到促进溃疡愈合的目的,且疗效优于对照组,以效测证,由此得出"毒热"确为胃溃疡活动期的主要病因。
Objective: Discuss effect of Xiao Yong Kui De Kang ke Li on the expressive of trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor of an active gastric ulcer patient,for proved toxin heat is the main pathogeny of active gastric ulcer.Method: Choose active gastric ulcer patients they accord with toxin heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Adopted research methods is random group,comparison,double-blind and double-dummy.Group one(Test group) select Xiao Yong Kui De Kang ke Li treatment,group two(Comparison group) uses Kui Yang Jiao Nang.After 6 weeks,measure changes of the expressive trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor using immunohistochemistry method,then make statistic and analysis.Result: Compared the group one(Test Group) before treatment and after treatment,expressive of trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor P0.01,with statistical significance.Compared the group two(Comparison Group) before treatment and after treatment,expressive of trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor P0.05,with statistical significance.Compared the group one(Test Group) after treatment and the group two(Comparison Group)after treatment,expressive of trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor P0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: Xiao Yong Kui De Kang ke Li is able to clear heat,reliever toxin,disperse abscesses and promote tissue regeneration.It obviously improved the level of active gastric ulcer patient's trefoil factor and epidermal growth factor,promote ulcer concrescence and the effect is better than comparison group.So that toxin heat is the main pathogeny of active gastric ulcer.
