摘要
研究了不同交换树脂对稀水溶液中衣康酸的吸附行为,D001 强酸性树脂对衣康酸发酵液进行预处理后,采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301 对预处理液中的衣康酸进行分离。通过静态交换实验,确定了D301 树脂对衣康酸的静态交换度。通过动态交换实验,确定了交换流速为3 m L/m in,硫酸为洗脱剂,以3 倍于理论交换容量的氨水为再生剂的工艺过程,衣康酸的回收率较重结晶法提高5%
It had been studied that itaconic acid was adsorbed form dilute aqueous solution by using different anion exchange resins.The results showed the weak alkali anion exchange resin D301 was better in adsorption of itaconic acid.Through static exchange experiments,exchange capacity of using exchange resin D301 was followed:the exchange flow rate was 3 mL/min;sulphuric acid acted as eluant and aque ammonia as regenerative agent.The recovery rate of this method was 5% higher than that of using the method of recrystallization.
