脑络安胶囊的质量控制研究

Studies on Quality Standard of Naoluoan Capsule

目的:为了控制脑络安胶囊的质量。方法:采用薄层扫描法对其中的黄芪甲苷进行了鉴别,并建立HPLC法对主要组成黄芪中黄芪甲苷进行定量。结果:鉴别项下的阴性对照品无干扰,专属性较强;黄芪甲苷在7.8～500μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。结论:本质量标准可有效控制脑络安胶囊的质量。

Objective：To formulate a standard for the quality control of Naoluoan Capsule.Methods：Identify qualitative of Astragaloside Ⅳ by TLC-scanning,and the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC.Results：The TLC spots were highly specific,clear and concentrated,without interference by the presence of negative controls.The linear range of Astragaloside Ⅳ was obtained between 7.8~500μg/mL（r=0.9997）.Conclusions：This standard can be used effectively for the quality control of Naoluoan Capsule.
