Epidemiological Investigation of Female with Perimenopausal Syndrome in Shanghai Communities

目的:通过对3个社区围绝经期妇女的流行病学调查,了解城镇和近郊社区人群对围绝经期综合征的认知程度,以及对相关方面知识的需求程度。方法:应用相关调查问卷了解社区围绝经期妇女对围绝经期知识的认知程度;应用改良的Kupperman's评分表和围绝经期生存质量量表了解社区妇女围绝经期状态以及围绝经期相关症状对其生活的影响程度。结果:改良的Kupperman's评分中,在眩晕、疲乏、心悸等症状上,城镇人群症状严重程度高于近郊人群;在皮肤蚁走感、记忆等症状方面,近郊人群症状严重程度高于城镇人群。从围绝经期生存质量量表评分中,在心理状态、生理状态、性生活方面,近郊人群受围绝经期的影响程度明显大于城镇人群受围绝经期的影响程度。63.18%的城镇人群和69.43%的近郊人群希望有专业医师对自己进行围绝经期知识的介绍。结论:通过对围绝经期社区人群的临床流行病学的调查研究表明,以社区为单位开展健康教育,提供相关服务和咨询是很有必要的,而且是受群众欢迎的。

Objective：According to carrying out the epidemiological investigation of perimenopausal syndrome,to understand the cognition level,morbidity status of perimenopaisal symptom and healthcare service demand of the perimenopausal period female living in urban and rural areas communities.Methods：Using some questionnaire to evaluate the cognition level of the perimenopausal period female living in urban areas and rural area communities,using Kupperman＇s index and menopause-specific quality of life scale to evaluate the health status and effect to their life quality.Results：According to Kupperman＇s index,dizziness,tiredness and palpitation in urban areas communities people were higher than in rural women group,formication and memory in rural areas communities people were higher than in urban female group.According to menopause specific quality of life scale,the prevalence of vasomotor,psychological syndrome,physiological syndrome and sexual syndrome in rural areas communities people were higher than in urban female group.63.18%urban areas and 69.43% rural areas communities female wanted to know about perimenopausal period kwonledgement.Conclusion：According to carrying out the epidemiological investigation of perimenopausal syndrome,it is necessary to take healthcare service and health education,which is popular with perimenopausal period female living in urban and rural area communities.
