摘要
提出了一种低副槽轮机构,论述了该机构的设计方法,并以图表形式给出了工程中常用的单拨销、外啮合4、6、8、10、12、16 槽槽轮机构的设计结果。经实践证明,与普通槽轮机构相比,该机构承载能力高、寿命长,适用于重载。该机构进一步开拓了槽轮机构的应用范围。
A Geneva mechanism with lower pairs is first presented here.The method of desiging such a mechanism is also being presented.In addition.the designing graghs of single drive block、external Geneva drive of 4、6、8、10、12、16 groove,which are most in use,are gived out.Such theory and method have been proved correct and effective by experiments.This mechanism develops the use scope of Geneva mechanism.Comparing with general Geneva mechanism,it has the feature of higher bearing capacity、longer service life,and applies to heavy duty machine.
