摘要
目的:建立鼠掌老鹳草药材XRD的鉴定分析新方法。方法:对10个不同产地鼠掌老鹳药材进行X射线衍射分析,并按2θ定位,以d/I/I。进行相似度计算与分析。结果:通过对10个不同产地鼠掌老鹳草药材X射线衍射谱进行计算和分析,获得了该药材对照X射线衍射Fourier指纹谱及特征标记峰值,并进行了相似度的计算。结论:粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于鼠掌老鹳药材的鉴定,相似度的计算结果可用于该药材的质量评价。
Objection：To provide an XRD method to identify Geranium sibiricum L.Method： Origin of the 10 different Geranium sibiricum L.x-ray diffraction analysis,according to 2θ position,with d / I / I.For similarity calculation and analysis.Result：Through 10 different areas of Geranium sibiricum L.materials X-ray diffraction patterns are calculated and analyzed to obtain control of the medicine X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint spectra and characteristic peaks and carried out the calculation of similarity.Conclusion：The method can be used for identification on the mineral drug of Geranium sibiricum L.
