摘要
目的:研究化痰五味散祛痰和镇痛作用。方法:应用大鼠毛细玻管排痰法和小鼠热板法观察化痰五味散祛痰和镇痛作用。结果:化痰五位散对大鼠毛细玻管的排痰具有促进作用,并且也使各组小鼠的痛阈值均有所提高。结论:化痰五味散具有明显的祛痰和镇痛作用。
Objective:Study the function of reducing sputum by taking resolving phlegm and analgesia action Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor.Method: The function of resolving phlegm and analgesia of Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor is observed by using the phlegm displacement of rats were used to investigate the espectorant effects and the pain caused by hot plate in mice.Result:Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor had a promotion to phlegm displacement of rats,and also increase pain threshold of mice in each group.Conclusion:Resolving Phlegm Powder of Five Kinds of Flavor has significant effects of eliminating phlegm and analgesia action.
