建立窒息型大鼠心肺复苏模型应用于补阳还五汤剂型分析的思路

摘要 补阳还五汤作为治疗中风后遗症的常用方剂,许多研究表明具有一定的神经保护和抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。而对于近年来新发展起来的颗粒剂剂型这方面没有涉及。通过建立窒息性大鼠心肺复苏模型来研究两种剂型的补阳还五汤对心脑血S100以及NSE的影响的思路,可以期待提供一种研究二者效果的差异的方法。 Buyanghuanwu Decoction is widely used to treat Poststroke Syndrome and many studies show that it has certain nerve protective effects and can protect the neurofunction from ischemia-reperfusion.But for years,the newly developed dispensing granule is not involved in this respect.The idea that we establish cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in rat model of cardiac arrest(CA) to study the two formulations of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on the heart blood of S100 and Neuron specific enolase(NSE),can look forward to providing a method of the differences between the two formulations.
