正交设计优选新疆紫花苜蓿总黄酮提取工艺

Study on Extracting Flavonoid Compounds from Alfalfa of Xinjiang

目的:研究新疆紫花苜蓿中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为考察指标,采用正交实验法,考察加醇量、超声提取时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B1C1D2,结合生产实际,确定最佳工艺为70%乙醇超声提取20分钟,超声功率为60%,加乙醇量为30倍量。结论:正交实验法优选新疆紫花苜蓿总黄酮的提取工艺简便、快速、准确。

Objective：Study on the extracting flavonoid compounds from Alfalfa of Xinjiang.Methods：With flavonoid content as the inspection indicators,orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extrac-ting factors（ethanol volume,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and ethanol consistence）on the extracting process.Results：The optimum extracting process was A2B1C1D2,ie The ethanol volume being 30 times of the weight of medicinal material,extracted for 20 minutes under the power of 60% with ultrasonic extraction,and 70% ethanol consistence.Conclusion：Optimization of extracting process for Alfalfa by orthogonal test is a simple,quick and accuratemethod.
