卫星细胞在骨骼肌修复中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 通过综述国内外肌卫星细胞的研究资料,对肌卫星细胞在骨骼肌修复中作用的总结。肌卫星细胞的分子标志物的概述,能更好的在研究过程中对卫星细胞的鉴定。肌卫星细胞的特性研究能更有利于进一步研究肌卫星细胞。探讨肌卫星细胞在骨骼肌修复作用中的激活机制和可能的增殖分化的信号通路,有助于针对性的促进骨骼肌损伤后的修复研究。肌卫星细胞的影响因素的研究中,发现有细胞因子、物理因素、中医药等,其中中医药做为一个积极的影响因子有待于进一步更广泛的展开研究。 Summary of muscle satellite cells by domestic and foreign research data on the muscle satellite cells in skeletal muscle the role of the summary.Muscle satellite cells in an overview of molecular markers can be better in the course of the identification of satellite cells.Characteristics of muscle satellite cells can be more conducive to further study the muscle satellite cells.Of muscle satellite cells in skeletal muscle repair in the activation mechanism and the possible proliferation and differentiation signaling pathways,contribute to the promotion of targeted repair of skeletal muscle injury.Muscle satellite cells of factors,we found a cell factor,physical factors,Chinese medicine,including Chinese medicine as a positive influence on factors need to be further more extensive a study.
