新疆锁阳多糖的提取及含量测定

Extraction and Determination of Polysaccharide from Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr.of Xinjiang

采用分光光度法测定新疆锁阳多糖的含量,以葡萄糖为对照品,以蒽酮-浓硫酸为显色剂,在625nm处测定样品溶液的吸光度。在40.00—200.00μg/mL范围内,葡萄糖质量浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9998,回收率在96.15%—102.85%之间,相对标准偏差RSD为2.814%(n=5),新疆锁阳多糖含量为2.39%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可作为锁阳多糖的含量测定方法。

Polysaccharide of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.of Xinjiang was determined at 625nm by spectrophotometry with glucose as index,anthrone-sulfuric as reagent.The standard curve was liner in the concentration range of 40.00—200.00μg/mL with correlation coefficient of r=0.9998.The good recovery was 96.15%—102.85% with relative standard deviation of 2.814%.The contents of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.of Xinjiang was 2.39%.The method is simple,rapid and reproducible and suitable for analysis of polysaccharide in Cynomorium songaricum Rupr..
