摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱测定白藜芦醇的方法,采用Ultimate-C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长306nm,采用外标法进行定量。结果为白藜芦醇在1.22×10-5—0.1g.L-1的范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.6×10-7g.L-1。所建立的方法具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽和重现性好的优点。应用此方法测定了花生红衣中白藜芦醇的含量。
The method for determination of resveratrol was developed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector.A Ultimate-C18 column was used with 30% acetonitrile as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,and detection wavelengh was 306nm.Resveratrol had good linear between 1.22×10-5—0.1g·L-1,and the detection limit was 3.6×10-7g·L-1.The method is fast,sensitive,reproducible,and has wide linear range,that is applied to analyze content of resveratrol in peanut skin.
