两种新颖的席夫碱与DNA作用的光谱研究

Interaction of Two Novel Schiff Base with DNA by Spectroscopy

摘要 采用紫外-可见光谱法、荧光光谱法,研究了两种新颖的席夫碱3-溴-5-氯水杨醛缩邻氯苯胺(BCSC)、3-溴-5-氯水杨醛缩对甲基苯胺(BCST)与DNA作用模式,研究表明两种化合物与CT-DNA作用紫外-可见光谱出现减色效应,随着CT-DNA的加入,化合物的荧光强度减弱,同时进行了KI对其荧光的猝灭实验,所有结果显示两种化合物与CT-DNA以嵌入模式结合。 The modes of the interaction of two novel Schiff base for BCSC and BCST with CT-DNA were studied by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectrometry.Experimental data indicated that the binding of the two compounds with CT-DNA would cause hypochromic effect in UV-Vis spectra,and the fluorescence intensity of compounds decreased with the addition of CT-DNA;meanwhile the quenching for the compounds with CT-DNA by KI were also studied.The results showed that the interactive model between the compounds and CT-DNA was an intercalative one.
