摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了养殖大鲵肌肉中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg 6种微量元素。实验结果表明:养殖大鲵肌肉中的6种微量元素含量从高到低依次为Ca>Mg>Zn>Fe>Mn>Cu,RSD≤2.53%,方法加标回收率为96.3%—105.0%。
The amounts of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ca,Mg in Andrias davidianus were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry（FAAS）.The contents of above-mentioned six trace elements decreased in sequence followed by CaMgZnFeMnCu.The RSD is all smaller than 2.53%.The addition standard recovery is in the range of 96.3%—105.0% for all elements.
