摘要
采用可见分光光度法测定阿魏菇多糖的含量,以葡萄糖为对照品,以蒽酮-浓硫酸为显色剂,在625nm处测定样品溶液的吸光度。在0.00—20.00μg/mL范围内,葡萄糖质量浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995,回收率在98.3%—104.5%之间,相对标准偏差RSD为2.17%(n=5),新疆阿魏菇多糖含量为10.57%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,可作为测定阿魏菇多糖含量的方法。
Polysaccharide of Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was determined by spectrophotometry.The absorbance of sample solution was detected at 625nm with the glucose as index and anthrone-sulfuric as colorant.The standard curve was liner in the concentration range of 0.00—20.00μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The good recovery was 98.3%—104.5% with relative standard deviation of 2.17%(n=5).The contents of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was 10.57%.The results show that the method is suitable for simple,rapid and reproducible analysis of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi.
