On upstream and downstream cooperation crossing different provinces in coal circulation of Henan

在对河南省及西北省区煤炭生产、消费分析和优劣势对比的基础上,提出上游煤炭生产省区所产煤炭在河南经济中的重要作用,探讨了河南如何开展与上游省份的深度合作及如何拓宽与下游用户的合作空间。

Based on the analysis and comparison of coal production and consumption in Henan and north-wests,the paper presents the importance of the coal produced by upstream s for the economy of Henan,and discusses on how to conduct cooperation with upstream s,as well as how to expand the collaboration with downstream users.
