摘要
以祁东煤矿南翼运输石门为例,采用实验室研究方法对巷道围岩微观组成、力学参数及变形特性进行深入分析研究;以现场观测的方法对围岩破坏特征、变形规律及支护体系受力情况进行分析总结;用数值计算方法,对不同条件和参数下的巷道变形及应力分布情况进行模拟分析和支护参数的优化。提出了适用于破碎带软岩巷道的"锚杆-桁架-注浆"围岩控制方案。
Based on the south transport cross-cut in the Qidong Mine as an example,we have studied and analyzed the micro-composition,mechanical parameters and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock by laboratory research method;were analyzed and summarized,the wall-rock destruction features,deformation law and supporting system stress with the on-site observation methods;simulation analyzed the different condition and parameters of roadway deformation and stress distribution by use of numerical analysis method,and then,optimized the support parameters.Meanwhile,we have accounted and checked the primary supporting parameters of roadway through the theoretical calculation.Finally we have put forward the "bolt and Girder-truss and injecting-slurry" control scheme for surrounding rock applying to soft rock roadway in fracture zone.
