摘要
通过对和顺一缘煤矿150105工作面采空区自燃火灾状况的分析,提出了注CO2灭火的方法,论述了CO2灭火的机理、特点、制取方法和施工工艺。结果表明,随着CO2的注入,150105回风巷斜下密闭墙观测孔内CO浓度由0.8243%降至0.0056%,O2浓度由6.5%降至1.2%,C2H4和C2H2均降为0,火区治理效果显著。
CO2 was used for fire extinguishment in goaf of 150105 working face in Yiyuan coal mine in Heshun city,based on an analysis of situation of coal spontaneous combustion.The mechanism,characteristics and construction process of fire extinguishment by CO2 as well as CO2 preparation were discussed.The results show that CO concentration in return airway of 150105 working face decreases from 0.8243% to 0.0056% after CO2 injection,with O2 concentration dropping from 6.5% to 1.2% and no C2H4 and C2H2 existing,suggesting successful fire extinguishment.
