摘要
对甘肃金塔县某含碳酸盐较高的萤石矿进行了抑制剂选择、磨矿细度、油酸用量、新工艺效果验证等试验研究工作。研究表明,采用1粗6精2扫1精扫流程,用酸性水玻璃与T-29组合作为方解石和石英的抑制剂,油酸为萤石捕收剂,生产的萤石精矿中CaF2,CaCO3,SiO2含量分别为98.02%,0.70%,1.10%,CaF2回收率82.03%,实现了萤石与方解石、石英的有效分离。
The paper introduces the research experiments on selection of inhibitor, grinding fineness, dosage of oleic acid, and verification effect of new technology for a fluorite mine with high content of carbonate in Jinta county of Gansu. The results showed that fluorite concentrate with CaF2, CaCO3, SiO2 content of 98.02 % ,0.70% , 1.10% at CaF2 recovery of 82.03% was obtained by the process of one-roughing and six-cleaning,two-scavenging and one-cleaning with the acidic water glass and T-29 as combining inhibitor for calcite and quartz, and oleic acid as collector for fluorite, which realized an effective separation of fluorite, calcite and quartz.
