摘要
针对山东某选矿厂的磁选尾矿铜回收率偏低的情况进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:当磨矿细度达-0.074mm70%,选用异戊基黄药代替乙基黄药作为黄铜矿的捕收剂,加入适量的水玻璃作为矿泥分散剂,可获得铜品位为16.50%、铜回收率为83.88%的铜精矿,在铜品位下降0.52个百分点的情况下,铜回收率提高了38.21个百分点,取得了良好的分选指标。
Due to low copper recovery in magnetic separation of tailings in a dressing plant of Shandong, the concen- tration test researches are made. The results showed that with the grinding fineness of - 0. 074 mm 70% , copper concentrate grading at 16.50% with a copper recovery of 83.88% was obtained by choosing isoamyl xanthate as a collector of ehalcopyrite instead of ethyl xanthate, and adding the appropriate amount of water glass as dispersant of sludge. In the case of copper grade declining by 0.52% ,the copper recovery increased by 38.21% with good separation index achieved.
