摘要
锻造铝合金零件在汽车行业已经得到广泛应用,为了能够生产出高性能的铝合金锻件,获得良好的铸造坯料显得尤为重要。采用不同工艺参数对6082铝合金试样进行均匀化处理,通过拉伸试验测量其拉伸性能,利用SEM和EDS分析其组织形貌和析出相成分。研究表明,均匀化处理工艺显著影响6082铝合金的性能。
The forged aluminum alloy parts have been widely applied in the automobile industry. It is greatly important to obtain the better billet for high performance aluminum forgings. The homogenization on 6082 aluminum alloy samples were processed by different parameters. The tensile properties were measured. The structure morphgraphy and precipitated phase component were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the homogenization process affects the performances of 6082 aluminum alloy significantly.
