0157:H7型大肠杆菌病的研究发展 被引量:2

摘要 O157:H7型大肠杆菌病(Disease of Escherichiacoli O157:H7)是由肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌(Enterohaemorrhagic E coli,EHEC),O157:H7主要引起人的一种食源性疾病,以突发性腹痛、水样便、血痢、发热或不发热,严重时呈现出血性肠炎(HC)甚至溶血性尿毒综合征(HUS)为特征。已有研究报道该菌曾分离自血痢的犊牛,人工接种该菌导致出生36h内的犊牛发病。因此。
