切割叶轮以解决加热站循环泵电机过载问题

Application of Turning Impeller in Solving Motor Overload of Heating Station Circulating Pump

针对加热站循环泵存在过载的问题,提出了切割叶轮的解决方法,并进行了现场实施。实践证明所提出的方法是成功的,为电厂的冬季采暖安全、稳定和经济运行带来了可观的效益。

This paper uses turning impeller to solve motor overload problem of the heating station circulating pump,and also conducts on site implementation. It is proved that the proposed method can bring considerable benefits for winter heating safety, stability and economic operation of the power plant, therefore, the method is successful, the resolved method of turning impeller was put forward and carried out at site. The practices proved that the proposed method was successful, it bring substantional value for the safe, normal and economical operation of power plant in winter.
