摘要 利用Nastran软件建立了某微型车白车身的有限元分析模型,对其进行了刚度及模态分析。对比分析轻量化前、后的计算结果可知,轻量化后车身刚度和模态在可接受的范围内,达到了车身质量减轻的目的。试验验证表明,轻量化后有限元分析结果和实车试验结果一致性较高。 In this paper,the finite element model of the BIW(body in white)of a minibus is established with software Nastran,stiffness and modal analysis are made to this model.It is concluded by comparing and analyzing the calculated results before and after lightweight design that body stiffness and modal after lightweight design lie in the acceptable range,the objective of reducing body mass is achieved.The test verification indicates that finite element analysis results after lightweight design are consistent with real test results.
