摘要
设计并加工完成了一套可视化燃油喷射系统,该系统可对定容器内气体压力、温度等关键因素进行闭环控制。利用该系统,通过改变不同喷射压力、喷射背压等边界条件,对比研究了燃油喷雾贯穿距离、喷雾角度等特性。结果表明,在高共轨压力下柴油喷雾贯穿距离随背压增大而减小,喷雾锥角随背压增大而增大;而高背压情况下,喷雾贯穿距离随轨压升高而增大,喷雾锥角随轨压增大而增大。
A set of visualized fuel injection system which can control key factors of the constant volume device such as gas pressure,temperature,etc.,in closed loop is designed and produced.With this system,characteristics like fuel spray penetration length,spray cone,etc.,are studied and compared by changing boundary conditions of different injection pressure,injection back pressure.The results show that with high common-rail pressure,diesel spray penetration length decreases with the increase of back pressure,whereas spray cone increases with increase of back pressure;with high back pressure,the spray penetration length increases with increase of common-rail pressure,whereas spray cone increases with increase of common-rail pressure.
