摘要
基于缩径-胀形复合成型方法,设计了汽车轴承用波形套的成型模具,试制了不同规格的波形套。针对试制件进行了压缩试验,测出了相应的工作特性曲线,揭示出波形套几何参数对其工作特性曲线的影响规律。利用波形套代替传统的刚性套作为柔性调节器,来调整汽车主减速器等产品的轴承预紧度,可提高装配效率且工作性能稳定。
A forming die for the corrugated sleeve of automobile bearing is designed based on the compound necking-bulging technology,and corrugated sleeves of different sizes are prototyped.Compression test is made to the prototyped parts and corresponding working characteristic curve is measured,the rule which geometric parameters of the corrugated sleeve influence its working characteristic curve is identified.The use of corrugated sleeve to replace conventional rigid sleeve as flexible adjuster to adjust bearing pre-tightening force for automobile components like main retarder can improve assembling efficiency and it operates stably and reliably.
