摘要
在研究仪表板横梁支架(CCB)焊缝分布及焊缝长度的基础上,建立了CCB数值模型,采用局部计算模型对CCB焊接残余应力分布情况进行了分析。结合CCB的工作应力情况,将CCB两管的焊接残余应力与路谱载荷进行耦合计算,得到了CCB的内部应力分布,并确定了焊缝安全系数范围,建立了CCB焊缝设计质量评价方法。利用该方法可预测焊后残余应力。
This paper has a numerical simulation for residual stress field of the CCB thin plate structure welding based on the finite element method.On the basis of studying distribution and order in CCB welding seam,the calculation job has become a simplified and efficient thing with the local model.Using linear calculation to couple working stress and residual stress on two pipes,we obtain the distribution of stress.A significant criterion N is to evaluate the bearing behavior of the weld seam.The weld seam of vehicle bracket is classified into three types,the range of safety factor is determined to each type of weld seam,and the weld quality evaluation method is established,this method can be used to predicate residual stress after welding.
