摘要
以葛根提取物、D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为主要原料,辅以硫酸软骨素,并通过确定其生产工艺,研制出了保健食品葛根氨糖胶囊。经安全性毒理学实验表明其安全无毒;经功能实验表明其具有增加骨密度的功能;经卫生学、稳定性评价表明葛根氨糖胶囊卫生学理化指标、微生物指标均符合要求,性质稳定。
Used pueratiae extract and D-glucosamine as the main materials,and supplemented with chondroitin sulfate to produce a functional food by researching the production technique. After the safety and toxicology and the function experiments,this product is non-toxic and has excellent effect on the animal test,which was to observe the effect of increasing the bone density. After the three months constant temperature acceleration experiment,the stability of hygiastic factors and functional composition was fine.
