摘要
在原有龙眼壳乙醇粗提物抗氧化活性研究的基础上,对其抗氧化活性成分进行进一步的分离,依次采用乙酸乙酯萃取、大孔树脂吸附和MCI柱等分离手段对其乙醇粗提物进行了纯化分离,得到不同部分。然后对各部位的总黄酮含量进行了测定,并研究了他们的体外清除自由基能力,为龙眼壳开发为天然抗氧化剂提供了依据。
Base on the previous study which the ethanol crude extract of longan peel showed high antioxidant activity,the antioxidant components of ethanol crude extract were separated deeply. The ethanol crude extract was extracted by ethyl acetate,and then treated with macroporous resin column and MCI column to obtain different parts. Subsequently,the total flavonoids content of each part was determined,as well as free radical scavenging activity of each part was researched. The results provided fundamental basis for exploiting longan peel to the natural antioxidant.
