摘要
运用就业弹性和投入产出方法对于上海市生产性服务业就业吸纳能力的估算表明,生产性服务业对于就业增长的贡献非常明显,但内部各行业对于就业贡献的特性存在着较大差异。大力发展生产性服务业应成为解决上海市就业问题的有效策略,而实施差异化的就业激励政策则有助于其就业吸纳能力的进一步提高。
We evaluate the producer services employment absorption capacity in Shanghai using employment elasticity method and input-output method,the results show that the employment growth contribution of producer services is very obvious,but the internal professions have the different characteristics of contribution to employment.Developing producer services should be an effective strategy to solve the employment problem,while the implementation of the differentiated employment policy will contribute to greater employment absorption capacity.
