摘要
在爆炸冲击波作用下沙墙快速飞散,爆炸能量转换为沙粒动能和细化沙粒的摩擦做功,因此由沙袋堆积起来组成的沙墙对强冲击波具有消波吸能作用,对爆炸实验结构起到防护作用。本文利用366gTNT当量的球形药球中心起爆,进行了沙墙消波吸能作用下密闭柱形容器承受载荷的实验。实验结果表明:沙墙使冲击波峰值超压降低最高可达6倍,到时也明显拉长,容器外壁应变峰值至少降低30%,端盖加速度峰值降幅也达到50%,充分说明了沙墙消波吸能的作用。
Under the effect of blast wave,sand wall quickly scattered.Explosion energy has transformed into kinetic energy of sand-grains and friction work of sand grain refinement.So the wall assembled by sand bags has an effective performance in blast wave energy absorption and structure protection in explosion experiment.An experiment aimed the load endurance ability of an airtight cylindrical vessel lined with sand wall was carried out by using 366g TNT centrally initiated global explosive.Experimental Results show that sand wall causes the reduction of blastwave pressure peak value as high as sixth of original;the arrival-time is prolonged significantly;stain peak value on vessel outer surface is reduced at least 30%;acceleration peak value at vessel end is reduced as high as 50%.This sufficiently accounts for the effective performance of blast wave energy absorption of sand wall.
