科技资源投入与经济增长的T型关联度研究——以安徽省为例

Time Correlation Analysis of the Relationship Between the Science and Technology Input and the Economic Growth-Taking Anhui Province as an Example

依据T型关联度的分析思路设计科技资源投入与经济增长的T型关联度分析模型，对2001—2008年间安徽省科技资源投入与经济增长的关联度进行研究。结果表明：科技活动人员、科学家与工程师、R＆D经费、财政科技拨款与经济增长均有正相关关系，R＆D经费对经济增长作用最大；地方财政科技拨款的作用显著；科技活动人员、科学家与工程师的作用不显著。

This paper establishes the time correlation analysis model of the relationship between the science and technology input and the economic growth based on the basic ideas of time correlation, and researches the relationship during 2001 -2008. It shows that the science and technology input have a positive correlation with the economic growth, that R＆D expenditure plays the significant role in promoting the economic growth, and the function of financial input is significant, but the function of scientific and technological personnel isn＇t significant.
