高古罗糖醛酸含量的萱藻(Scytosiphon lomentarius)多糖细微结构研究

Fine structures of guluronic acid-rich aliginate from Scytosi-phon lomentarius

将青岛产幼生和成熟期萱藻(Scytosiphon lomentarius)提取分离得到多糖,经1H-NMR分析,表明其为高古罗糖醛酸含量的褐藻胶,在对其G/M值分析基础上,进一步对其二糖嵌段FMM,FMG,FGM,FGG和三糖嵌段FGGG,FGGM,FMGM,FMGG含量进行了比较分析。结果表明,幼生和成熟期萱藻除了总糖含量不同外,其褐藻胶细微结构也有显著差别。幼生与成熟期萱藻中G/M分别为4.34和7.14,FGG含量分别为73%和84%,FGGG含量分别为68%和81%。成熟期萱藻中高含量多聚古罗糖醛酸是一种值得开发的多糖资源。

The guluronic acid-rich alginate,extracted from immature and mature Scytosiphon lomentarius,were studied by 1H-NMR.Based on the G/M ratio analysis,the disaccharide fragments（FMM,FMG,FGM,and FGG） and trisaccharide fragments（FGGG,FGGM,FMGM and FMGG） were further analyzed with 1H-NMR,respectively.The result shows that the total contents of guluronic acid and the fine structure of polysaccharides in immature and mature S.lomentarius were different.The G/M ratio were 4.34 and 7.14,FGG ratio 0.73 and 0.84,and the FGGG ratio 0.68 and 0.81 in the immature and mature S.lomentarius,respectively.The mature S.lomentarius that has a high content of polyguluronic acid is a good resource for polysaccharide extraction.
