摘要
对全国9个省、直辖市、自治区各级各类中小学专任教师11190人进行调查,调查内容包括教师的一般信息、教学与评价、教师培训与专业发展、工作状况与学校管理四个方面。调查结果发现,教师性别比例趋向平衡,但城镇间差异显著;中青年教师占主体;教师资格基本达标,农村小学阶段存在通科教师;教师职称晋升与教龄密切相关。提升教师的入职资质和学历层次依然是改革发展的重心之一,要建立和规范教师教学工作量制度,采取针对性措施减轻教师工作压力;进一步厘清和优化教师的专业发展意识与教科研视野;采取相应措施进一步规范和推动教师教育信息技术的应用;关注教师一般教育能力和信念的增强,全面提升教师效能。
To survey 11 190 teachers in primary and middle schools in 9 provinces or directly governed city regions and autonomous regions nationally with survey contents such as ordinary information, teaching and assessment, teacher training and professional development, working condition and school management, it is found that teachers" gender ratio tends to be balanced, but the difference between city and town is obvious. Middle-aged and young teachers are the main part. All the teachers are qualified, but the phenomenon that a teacher teaches several subjects is still existed. Teachers" professional titles are closely related with their teaching ages, etc. Promoting teachers" entry qualification and their educational background is still one of the main parts in reform and development. The system of teachers" educational load should be established and standardized, and the measurement of decreasing teachers" working pressure should also be carried out. The consciousness of teachers" professional development and their research vision should be differentiated and optimized. The related measurements to standardize and promote teachers to master educational information technology should be carried out further. How to enforce teachers" ordinary educational ability and their belief should be paid attention to, and teachers" effectiveness should be promoted totally.
