摘要
急诊科是医院的救护窗口。急诊急救工作时间性强、实践性强、工作繁杂、风险大、服务性要求高,因此对急诊科护士的综合素质提出了更高的要求,客观上也造成了急诊科护理队伍的不稳定。本文分析了急诊科护士流失的原因,并对解决急诊科护士流失提出了对策。
The first-aid in emergency room is featured by timeliness,miscellaneousness,great risk,and thus setting greater requirement on the comprehensive quality of nurses in the emergency room,which is partly responsible for the unsteadiness of the nursing team.The paper analyses the causes of the turnover of nursing staff,and also offers some countermeasures.
