摘要
导电涂料是一种高效、低廉且应用方便的电磁辐射防护材料,具有广泛的应用前景。文章通过物理共混和化学改性方法研究了3种不同树脂并制备涂料,考察了涂料在硫化硅橡胶上的附着效果,分析了不同因素对涂料在硫化硅橡胶上附着力的影响,同时研究了银粉的含量与涂层体积电阻率之间的关系,考察了导电涂层的微观相态结构。附着力测试结果表明以乙烯基硅树脂制备的涂料附着效果好;扫描电镜(SEM)观察结构表明,w(银粉)为65%时,在涂层中的分布比较均匀致密;导电性能和附着力测试结果表明,w(银粉)为65%时,涂层体积电阻率较低,附着力最好。
The conductive coatings is considered as electromagnetic radiation protective materials with high effectiveness, relative low price and convenient application, which has shown broad application prospectso In this paper, three types of resins and coatings were prepared by physical blending and chemical modification, and their performane of adhesion on silicon rubber were investigated. The influence of other factors on the adhesion between coatings and silicon rubber was analyzed, meanwhile, the micro phase structure and relationship of volume resistivity of the coatings and the content of silver powder was discussed. Adhesion test results showed that coatings prepared with vinyl silicone resin provided the best adhesion. The results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated that 65% of silver content in the coating was more evenly distributed in dense. The test results of conductivity and adhesion demonstrated that the coatings had low volume resistivity and the best adhesion when the content of silver was 65%.
