二氧化钛溶胶的含量对耐磨涂层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以有机硅氧烷为先驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合流平法在PMMA表面制备有机/无机耐磨涂层,研究了二氧化钛溶胶的含量对耐磨涂层硬度、耐划伤性及耐磨性的影响,利用ND J-1旋转黏度计、WGFS透光率/雾度测定仪、Taber 5151耐磨仪等分析表征涂层的性能。结果表明:加入二氧化钛溶胶后,钛原子取代了部分硅原子的位置,从而使形成的含有S i—O—Ti的有机无机三维立体网络结构,比只含S i—O—S i的有机无机三维立体网络结构的耐磨涂层性能更为优异。 Abrasion -resistant coating was prepared on PMMA by sol -gel process with silicone precur- sor. The influence of the titanium dioxide sol content on the hardness and antiscratch and abrasion resistance were investigated, of which the properties were tested with the help of NDJ - 1 rotary viseometer, WGFS transparence/hazemeter and Taber 5151 abraser. The results showed that by adding titanium dioxide sol, the Ti atoms replace the position of some silicon atoms, so that forming Si-O-Ti organic - inorganic three dimensional network structure, which provided the abrasion resistant coatings better performance than that with Si-O-Si organic -inorganic three dimensional network structure.
