摘要
采用氟醇改性热反应型水性聚氨酯,制备氟化聚氯酯(PU)乳液,实验表明最佳合成工艺为:氟醇与聚氨酯预聚体的反应温度控制在60~70℃,反应时间2.5~3.5h,合成的乳液在3个月内稳定。测定。广氟化PU乳液的粒径和表面张力,对乳液粒子的形态进行观察,并对乳液和无粉检查手套进行了红外光谱表征。结果发现:乳液粒径随氟含谴的增加而增加,而胶粒结构朱发生明显的改变,仍能保持球形结构;乳液的表面张力在引入氟醇后由46.0mN/m降至22mN/m,具有良好的润湿性能:氯化PU乳液应用于无粉检查手套的润滑涂饰,整理中无需添加润湿剂,整理后手套与水的接触角最火町增至105°,滑爽性达到5级。
Fluorinated polyurethane (PU) emulsion was prepared from thermo -reactive waterborne polyurethane modified by fluoroalkanol. The optimal process conditions were found as follows: the reaction temperature between fluoroalkanol and PU prepolymer 60 -70 ℃and reaction time 2.5 -3.5 h. The prepared emulsion was stable within three months. The particle size and the morphology of particle and surface tension of emulsion were measured respectively. The emulsion and powder -free checking gloves were characterized by FT - IR. The results indicated that with increasing of fluorine content, the particle size of emulsion was increased and the structure of particle is maintained spherical shapes without obviously changes, while the surface tension of emulsion was declined from 46.0 mN/m before modification down to 22 mN/m. The fluorinated PU emulsion was t, sed as a lubricant coating for powder - free checking gloves, and the contact angle of treated gloves was measured in order to assess the smoothness of gloves. It showed that no wetting agents were needed due to the good wettability of emulsion, and the eontact angle of treated gloves could reach 105° and the smoothness can reach grade 5.
