护理干预对促进妇产科腹腔镜术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复的体会

Experience of obstetrics and gynecology nursing intervention to promote functional recovery of gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic

目的探讨护理干预对妇产科腹腔镜术后胃肠蠕动恢复的影响。方法 192例患者分为对照组和干预组,干预组术后予温水浴足、足底及足三里穴按摩。观察两组胃肠蠕动恢复及肛门排气时间。结果干预组各病种患者经护理干预后胃肠蠕动恢复和肛门排气时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但各病种之间胃肠蠕动恢复和肛门排气时间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论采用护理干预措施能促进妇产科腹腔镜术后胃肠道功能的恢复。

【Objective】 To explore the nursing intervention for recovery of intestinal peristalsis after obstetric and gynecological laparoscopic.【Methods】 192 patients were divided into the control and the intervention group,The intervention group were given warm feet bath,foot and Zusanli massage after surgery.Peristalsis recovery and anal exhaust time were observed.【Results】 After the intervention by the nursing,recovery of intestinal peristalsis of the intervention group was significantly shorter than those in the control group,However,the recovery of bowel movement and anal exhaust time showed no significant difference among all kinds of diseases.【Conclusions】 Nursing interventions can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic.
